Refund Policy

At US Book Company, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring our clients are satisfied with the final product. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you, the client, and our team of professional writers, editors, and marketers.

1. General Policy

Due to the custom nature of our creative services (writing, editing, design, etc.), payments for services rendered are generally non-refundable. The initial deposit secures your project in our schedule and covers the initial administrative and creative work, and is therefore non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Project Cancellation by Client

If you choose to cancel your project after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any payments made beyond the value of the work completed may be eligible for a partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. Dissatisfaction with Service

We pride ourselves on quality and client satisfaction. Our process includes multiple opportunities for your review and feedback to ensure the final product meets your expectations. For writing and design services, we offer a reasonable number of revisions, as outlined in your Service Agreement.

If, after the revision process, you are still not satisfied, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution. However, since creative work is subjective, dissatisfaction with the creative direction is not typically grounds for a full refund once significant work has been completed.

4. Non-performance by US Book Company

In the unlikely event that US Book Company is unable to complete the services outlined in your Service Agreement, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund for the services not rendered. The amount of the refund will be proportional to the uncompleted portion of the project.

5. Third-Party Fees

Any fees paid to third parties on your behalf (e.g., ISBN registration, printing costs, advertising spend) are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@sidosdesign.com. Please include your name, project details, and a clear explanation of your reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days.
